The Director of Operations and Program Administration (DOPA) provides operational, financial, and programmatic leadership for the Center for Continuing Education (CCE). Reporting to the Executive Director, the DOPA ensures that business operations, financial systems, and educational programs, including Jointly Accredited Continuing Education and American Heart Association programs, function efficiently and align with institutional and strategic priorities. The DOPA executes organizational strategy, oversees crossâ??functional operations, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, and supports the integration of systems, processes, and teams across CCE. The DOPA exercises operational decision making within delegated authority and escalates strategic, institutional, or highâ??risk matters to the Executive Director. The DOPA may act on behalf of the Executive Director when formally delegated.
